Ryan case CBSE secretary assures welfare of students

Parents of Class X students of Ryan International School, Sector 49, met the secretary of CBSE Vineet Joshi in Delhi, today.

Rakesh Verma, one of the parents, while talking to Newsline said, We had been called by the chairman of CBSE, Ashok Ganguly, but he didnt meet us. Instead, we met Vineet Joshi. He assured us that the welfare of students would be given priority.

The school, which has not received affiliation from CBSE till date, has left the Class X students and their parents in a state of despair.

The parents had gone to meet the CBSE chairperson last week too, but couldnt as he was out of country. Joshi had then asked the parents to meet the chairperson next week.
